Job Summary
Provides operational and technical support across both the ECMS and Systems Development units under the Enforcement Technology Development Department (ETDD). Assists in the development, testing, rollout, and maintenance of enforcement-related digital platforms and tools. Serves as a liaison between users, analysts, and developers to ensure system functionality meets investigative and operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the enhancement and operational support of the Enforcement Case Management System (ECMS), including modules for statement taking, IP generation, and case tracking.
- Support system development initiatives related to other enforcement platforms (excluding ECMS), including digital dashboards, monitoring tools, and custom applications.
- Act as liaison between enforcement users and technical teams, translating user needs into technical inputs.
- Participate in system testing, UAT sessions, and assist in bug reporting and quality control across both units.
- Prepare system documentation, training guides, and quick-reference materials for user dissemination.
- Monitor platform usage trends and assist in compiling reports on system performance, feedback, and incident logs.
- Coordinate and assist in training sessions and onboarding activities for new users across ECMS and other systems.
- Support day-to-day troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and first-line user support.
- Assist Deputy Directors in planning and tracking system development schedules, milestones, and task lists.
- Contribute to cross-unit improvement initiatives and innovation proposals for internal tools and enforcement tech platforms.
Qualification & Work Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Minimum 1 years working experience in regulatory and/or information and cyber security domain.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess good writing and communications skills in English and BM.
