Job summary

AG STAFFING is seeking a Personal Driver to the Managing Director in Damansara Heights, Malaysia. The role provides safe, reliable transport for the MD to meetings, events, and appointments, while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Managing Director to meetings, events, and other scheduled appointments.
• Be punctual and ensure timely arrival at all destinations, adhering to the Managing Director’s schedule.
• Assist with carrying luggage or documents as required.
• Regularly inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle to ensure optimal working condition.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, both inside and outside.
• Schedule regular vehicle servicing and immediately report any mechanical issues to management.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations, ensuring the safety of the Managing Director at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality about all information overheard or exposed while driving.
• Do not disclose the MD’s schedule or meetings unless explicitly authorized.
• Practice defensive driving techniques to minimize risks while on the road.
• Plan efficient routes and manage time considering traffic conditions.
• Remain flexible to schedule changes, including last-minute requests.
• Assist with small personal tasks such as errands and deliveries as needed.
• Coordinate with their Executive Assistant to align schedules.
• Maintain open communication with the Managing Director or their office regarding any schedule changes or issues.
• Provide real-time updates about traffic delays or other potential disruptions during transportation.
• Ability to sit for long periods while driving.
• Able to work long hours, sometimes until midnight.
• Availability during early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays as required.
