Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in Mandarin for work coordination.
• Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a driver for senior management.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.
• Familiar with roads in Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley.
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel as required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
• Basic Excel skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for the Director to meetings and airports.
• Plan daily routes and monitor traffic conditions for timely arrivals.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the Director's schedule and documents.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing and documents.
• Maintain mileage, fuel, tolls, parking and transportation expense records.
• Handle errands including document collection, banking and deliveries.
• Be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays when required.
• Travel outstation and stay overnight when necessary.
• Perform other driving or transportation duties as assigned.
