Job summary

Denma Enterprise (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam is seeking a Personal/Executive Driver for on-site, full-time service to the Datuk, ensuring safe travel and spotless vehicle upkeep.

The role requires discretion, punctuality, and a clean driving record, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends or holidays as needed. Experience with VIPs is preferred and English basic ability is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a personal/executive/company driver preferred.
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley roads.
• Punctual, trustworthy, responsible and well-presented.
• Able to handle confidential documents and information.
• Willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
• Experience with senior executives, directors or VIPs encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and punctual transportation for the Datuk to meetings, appointments, events and other destinations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Plan suitable routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival.
• Assist with collection, delivery and submission of documents to offices, companies, government departments and other locations.
• Handle errands and administrative deliveries as instructed.
• Assist with occasional personal and business-related errands.
• Keep track of vehicle servicing, road tax, insurance and other basic vehicle matters.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
