Qualifikationen

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily activities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid GDL driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

We are looking for a hands‑on and service-oriented individual to join us as an Executive, Draught Beer Services, based in Johor. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of draught beer services by installing, replacing, and maintaining draught beer equipment, servicing beer lines, and providing timely troubleshooting and repair support. What you’ll be doing

• Ensure smooth operations of draught beer service.
• Install, replace and withdraw draught beer equipment.
• Service and maintain beer lines in accordance with service guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and repair draught beer equipment and system breakdowns when called.
• Respond promptly to service and repair requests.
• Record and update all draught beer-related transactions in the Carlsberg sales system.
• Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Certificatein Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Possess the knowledge and skill in maintaining, servicing, and cleaning draught beer equipment and dispensing units will be an advantage.
• Able to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily work activities.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, for daily work and reporting purposes.
• Possess a valid GDL driving license and willing to travel extensively.
