Managing HR data analytics and reporting accuracy and efficiency
Developing/generating dashboards and reports, documentation, and user manuals using appropriate reporting tools
Conducting day-to-day management of HRMS- and data-related queries
Managing and determining vendor activities related to the design, development, quality, and implementation of organizational applications/systems
Assisting in managing and documenting internal updates to HR systems and liaising with IT; if applicable, raising change requests to third-party system vendors on system enhancements
Managing and coordinating HRMS operations including setup, customizations, addressing HRIS issues, system upgrades, etc. e.g., i-NET, SuccessFactors
Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR systems and overseeing functional and module administrators of the HRMS to ensure seamless performance of these HRMS modules at all times
Ensuring that all HR data (i.e., employee profile, organization data, recruitment application data, workforce plan, performance management, payroll, learning, career development, compensation and benefits, job change, transfer, contract staff) are secured in HRMS and, if applicable, accurate against employee documents
Managing and archiving information in i-NET according to the company guidelines
Managing awareness related to HRMS – ensuring training for administrative users and end users to have sufficient knowledge on HRMS usage
Requirements
Degree in HR Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Administration, Administrative Science, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years' experience managing IT systems (HRMS/HRIS)
Current industry trends and systems/solutions in the market
Vendor sourcing, management, and review criteria
