Role at a glance:

• Responsible for the customer call center, addressing inquiries and requests related to Mercedes-Benz Finance, Insurance, and Leasing from customers, salespersons, dealers, and suppliers.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, adherence to credit approval terms, legal and corporate regulations, and facilitate quick disbursements. Close contracts efficiently and manage customer files effectively.

Further roles and responsibilities:

• Meet customer expectations by assisting with inquiries for new loans, account modifications, and handling complaints or early termination requests.
• Attend to dealer, supplier, and salesperson inquiries.
• Manage contract activation and disbursement in the CMS, ensuring timely payouts and compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain customer data, administer contract closures, and ensure proper registration and releases.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in the industry, with at least 1 year in automotive finance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of ERP systems related to finance/leasing, understanding of hire purchase terms, contract management, and legal documentation.
• Languages: Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, work under stress, and collaborate effectively in teams.
