Main note: This role requires proficiency in spoken and written Traditional Mandarin/Taiwan and local dialects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customer service for Mercedes-Benz Finance & Leasing
  • Handling inquiries from salespersons, dealers, suppliers, and end-customers via various channels (online, email, ticketing system)
  • Providing quotations, managing contract-related processes, and handling customer modifications, refunds, and maintenance queries
  • Collaborating with internal departments and partners to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in customer service within finance or banking sectors
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Traditional Mandarin/Taiwan and local dialects
  • Knowledge of Finance Contract Management ERP, hire purchase terms, and auto finance basics
