Responsibilities:

  • Handle both outbound and inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, delivering excellent service to meet customer expectations and confidently managing complaints.

  • Enhance customer retention by engaging with interested customers, conducting interviews, and managing loan application submissions.

  • Carry out administrative tasks related to insurance products, from customer interviews to submissions and payment requests.

  • Conduct telesales activities for all insurance products, including Auto and Credit Life.

  • Manage insurance claim cases, from receiving the offer letter from the insurance provider to ensuring payment is made to the company.

  • Promote the use of the TCAP EZ Connect app to non-users and drive an increase in FPX transaction volume.

  • Support the team by performing relief duties during the absence of any team member.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

  • At least 1 year of experience in the customer service field.

  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to multitask effectively, quick to learn, and a reliable team player.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
