Job summary

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources or a related field and have either fresh graduate status or at least one year of relevant experience.   • Support development and management of internal communication platforms.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a robust communication framework.
  • Ensure effective development and feedback on internal communications.
  • Prepare internal communications regarding organizational programs.
  • Administer employee and Voice of Customer surveys.
  • Drive culture-building programs instilling values.
  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement programs.
  • Assess effectiveness of recognition programs.
  • Strengthen employer branding activities.

Job description
Executive - Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Support the development and management of internal communication platforms, employee surveys, engagement and recognition programs, culture-building initiatives, and employer branding activities to ensure effective communication, engagement, and alignment with Hartalega’s values.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing a robust communication framework and acting as the gatekeeper of Hartalega’s communication platforms.
  • Ensuring effective development, cascade, and dialogue/ feedback on internal communications.
  • Preparing internal communications regarding organizational programs or policies.
  • Administering employee surveys and Voice of Customer surveys.
  • Assisting in designing and administering employee surveys and Voice of Customer surveys.
  • Assisting in driving culture-building programs to instil the values of Honesty, Innovation, Excellence, Learning, Dedication & Synergy.
  • Coordinating and executing employee engagement programs, e.g., Hartagize and executing sports club activities, festive activities, etc.
  • Assisting in executing and assessing the effectiveness of recognition programs, e.g., Hartanian of the Month (HOTM), Hartanian of the Year (HOTY).
  • Assisting to strengthen employer branding, including planning and gathering information for external recognition, e.g., (SME and Entrepreneurs Business Awards (SEBA) Excellence Awards (EXA)).
  • Managing and maintaining communication platforms, including Workplace and Hartanet.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in any related field (Human Resources/Social Science/ Human Science)
  • Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year experience in similar roles and responsibilities, preferably in manufacturing.
