Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Be an enthusiastic, proactive individual to initiate, support, and execute designated marketing duties. A team player with a pleasant personality, able to establish good working relationships with internal and external parties, work independently, and resourcefully to achieve marketing objectives effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities Of The Job

  1. Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing, promotion, and thematic events to enhance shopper loyalty and encourage retail sales.
  2. Create and schedule social media content, photos, and relevant information for the mall’s website and CRM channels (WhatsApp, Push Notifications, EDM, SMS, and other platforms) to build engagement with members.
  3. Manage and ensure timely, accurate information exchange between the mall and shoppers’ profiles, reinforcing the mall’s brand identity and reward program positioning.
  4. Maintain relationships with service providers, tenants, vendors, and publishers to collaborate on marketing activities and joint promotions.
  5. Assist in administrative and corporate records management for the department.
  6. Support procurement related to campaigns, activities, and CAPEX items.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma in Retail, CRM, Loyalty, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
  2. 1-3 years of experience related to CRM, Apps, Reward programs.
  3. Relevant courses or professional certifications are advantageous.
  4. Good team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  5. Positive attitude, highly motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
  6. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
