Job Description
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Be an enthusiastic, proactive individual to initiate, support, and execute designated marketing duties. A team player with a pleasant personality, able to establish good working relationships with internal and external parties, work independently, and resourcefully to achieve marketing objectives effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities Of The Job
- Plan, execute, and coordinate marketing, promotion, and thematic events to enhance shopper loyalty and encourage retail sales.
- Create and schedule social media content, photos, and relevant information for the mall’s website and CRM channels (WhatsApp, Push Notifications, EDM, SMS, and other platforms) to build engagement with members.
- Manage and ensure timely, accurate information exchange between the mall and shoppers’ profiles, reinforcing the mall’s brand identity and reward program positioning.
- Maintain relationships with service providers, tenants, vendors, and publishers to collaborate on marketing activities and joint promotions.
- Assist in administrative and corporate records management for the department.
- Support procurement related to campaigns, activities, and CAPEX items.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Retail, CRM, Loyalty, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience related to CRM, Apps, Reward programs.
- Relevant courses or professional certifications are advantageous.
- Good team player with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
