Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Data entry and creation of new loan applications into the Tcapmobile system.
2. Credit evaluation and processing of new loan applications according to company guidelines and policies.
3. Attending to customer and AFE inquiries.
4. Ensure all loan applications are processed within 1 day (either AM-PM or PM-AM).
5. Perform other support functions or tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma/degree in any field.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a related industry.
3. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
4. Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Able to work assigned shift hours and flexible to accommodate possible weekend assignments.
