An established industry player in consumer financing is seeking a proactive Executive for Credit Assessment Process Improvement & Training. This role involves analyzing data, identifying operational gaps, and developing training materials to enhance team performance. Analyse data from reporting teams to identify inefficiencies in Credit Assessment processes and suggest improvements.
2. Identify and Resolve Operational Issues
Detect process gaps and inaccuracies; resolve issues internally or with external parties, including updating the LOS system.
3. Develop and Deliver Training
Prepare training materials, conduct training sessions, realign staff mindset on approval concepts, and evaluate training effectiveness.
Evaluate current processes, anticipate needs, and prepare user requirements (BRD) for system improvement initiatives.
5. Collaborate with Key Departments
Work closely with Credit Assessment Department, IT, Operation Improvement, Credit Planning Department, Customer Service Unit, and Credit Management Group teams for data analysis, issue resolution, system testing, and corrective action plans.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in credit assessment, process improvement, operations, or related fields, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills for process analysis and data interpretation.
Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and system enhancement processes (e.g., preparing BRD, conducting UAT).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data extraction tools.
Experience in preparing training materials and conducting internal training sessions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams.
Ability to identify operational gaps and recommend effective solutions.
Skilled in root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
