Extract, collate, and analyze financial, economic, and other information from annual reports, announcements, and other publicly available sources.
Deal Preparation & Documentation
Assist in drafting applications, notices, announcements, circulars, and prospectuses, ensuring disclosures comply with listing requirements and other regulatory standards.
Prepare presentation materials and pitch books for client engagements and internal approvals.
Execution & Compliance
Ensure successful execution of assigned mandates by adhering to statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance frameworks.
Assist the team in conducting due diligence and verifying data, statements, and other information to be disclosed in relevant documents to ensure their validity, accuracy, completeness, and that they are not misleading.
Stakeholder Management
Possess and be able to maintain close working relationships with regulators.
Client Support & Proposal Development
Assist the team leader in originating and structuring proposals to be presented for discussion with clients.
Administrative & Operational Support
Oversee administrative tasks such as timely billing, fee collection, and maintenance of documentation to support efficient project management.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Actuarial Science / Economics / Engineering / Law or equivalent professional qualifications.
Candidates with relevant working experience and skills in corporate finance, accounting, or valuation (business or properties) have an added advantage.
Holder of CMSRL for advising on corporate finance is an added advantage.
Well organized, meticulous, detail-oriented with strong computing skills (minimum Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Possess strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented mindset, positive attitude, with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
Good command of English, both verbal and written; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
