The Executive, Corporate Event position involves planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events and programs while ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will oversee event logistics, budgeting, proposal preparation, and post-event analysis to enhance future events and maintain high standards of excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution:
Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of corporate events and programs, including conferences, product launches, networking events, and internal corporate functions.
Develop event timelines, schedules, and action plans to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Ensure all event materials, branding, and communications align with corporate guidelines and objectives.
2. Budgeting & Cost Management:
Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering high-quality experiences.
Track and report on event-related expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure the best pricing and service quality.
3. Proposal & Presentation Preparation:
Develop event proposals, including concept ideas, budgets, and expected outcomes.
Present event strategies and execution plans to senior management for approval.
Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and past event performances.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and analyze event effectiveness.
Prepare detailed event reports, including attendance metrics, budget analysis, and key learnings.
Implement improvements for future events based on data-driven insights.
5. Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure event success.
Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and industry partners.
Ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction for both attendees and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in corporate events planning and execution.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for event improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple events simultaneously.
