Job description

Quality Executive will be responsible to ensure and support operations to comply to ISO requirement.

  • Facilitates and performs routine data entry into tools and reports, including corrective actions.
  • Handles customer and service complaints.
  • Conducts inspections and provides appropriate dispositions.
  • Ensures that the third-party logistics provider (3PL) maintains environmental control systems, including temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and pest control.
  • Collects and analyzes data to support ISO 9001 system performance.
  • Collaborates closely with operations on investigations and closures related to non-conformances (NC), supplier corrective action requests (SCAR), and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Conducts internal audits to drive quality improvements and business efficiency.
  • Ensures all activities comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and CTPAT requirements.
  • Oversees calibration and validation of equipment.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Holds a degree in any field, preferably related to quality.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment, with exposure to quality systems.
  • Preferably has prior experience working in both a 3PL and a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and warehouse management practices.
  • Demonstrates a positive mindset, is a team player, and shows a strong desire for continuous learning.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, analytical, and innovative.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and SAP.
