About the opportunity

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

As a Content Editorial agent, you will be responsible for creating and updating our vendor’s menu according to their actual menu, ensuring that the quality reflected on our foodpanda frontend meets the company’s standards. You will also work on requests within the target SLA, delivering quality service efficiently to maximize vendor experience.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• Administer all editorial tasks within your scope efficiently
• Manage and submit cases within the SLA
• Identify vendor needs by understanding requirements and ensuring compliance with content SOP
• Maintain quality standards in creating and updating menus
• Meet target productivity and quality scores
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Participate in daily team huddles
• Provide feedback and suggestions for SOP improvements
• Assist the RTA/TL with ad-hoc tasks as required
• Handle timelines effectively and take ownership of assigned tasks

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

• Well-versed in international cuisine, especially in the Asia Pacific region, with knowledge of food preparation and terminologies
• Good oral and written communication skills in Cantonese
• Approachable personality with strong people handling skills
• Good listening skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and Google platforms
• Strong problem-solving skills for handling complaints effectively
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks
• Ability to meet timelines and take ownership of tasks
• Effective communication with senior management and team members
