Roles & Responsibilities:

• This position's roles are the same as Clerk of Works (CoW) and Site Supervisor in the construction sector, focusing on the Property Developer area.
• To supervise and coordinate day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of work.
• To coordinate and liaise with main-contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction methods, standards, and local regulations in Malaysia.
• To monitor material usage and ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid disruption of site activities.
• Coordinate defect rectification works during project handover and close-out phase.
• To perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidate to possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/ Engineering / Building Surveying / Real Estate or relevant courses.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction/ property development / building / consulting or other related fields.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
