Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in quality assurance, food safety, or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and Halal Assurance System.
• Quality Management and Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.

A Day in Life:

Conduct internal & external audits to ensure compliance across restaurants and supply chain.

Support implementation of Quality Management Systems, HACCP, and Halal Assurance (HAS).

Monitor product quality and evaluate supplier/vendor performance.

Analyse audit findings to identify risks, trends, and training needs.

Assist in Quality Assurance projects, New Product Development (NPD) trials, and pest management initiatives.

Stay updated with food safety and quality standards through industry networking.

Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Food Science or a related field.

Minimum 1 year’ experience in quality assurance, food safety, or compliance, preferably in the F&B or manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and Halal Assurance System (HAS).

Experience conducting internal and external audits and familiarity with audit protocols.

Good communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external auditors.

Quality Management and Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Some travelling within Malaysia and Singapore will be required from time to time
