The Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Community Deposits Specialist's key responsibility is to acquire account deposits from customers and businesses and to build opportunities to obtain leads for other products through HLB@Work. You will explain product features and services, provide sales materials and support, create new leads, and follow up with new customers. The role involves working across various industries such as manufacturing, retail, and pharmaceutical, focusing on payroll accounts.

This is a sales role based in our branches, reporting to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads from internal and external sources, including sourcing and developing client referrals to meet acquisition targets;
  • Develop and schedule sales proposals and activities, including calls to potential and existing clients, to ensure a healthy sales pipeline;
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good client relationships, including client briefing, training, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person;
  • Follow up on sales activities to close deals, report to management, and ensure timely account opening;
  • Participate in sales events and roadshows as applicable;
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and product development, conducting market research and surveys;
  • Ensure all tasks comply with relevant guidelines and regulations.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates without SPM but with at least 2 years of sales experience are welcome to apply
