Provide consultation and explanation to customers & patients on our Fertility services/treatment.
Managing & monitoring emails / social media received and handling enquiries and complaints received via email / social media / phone / letter.
Assist in scheduling visits to existing and potential Clients and GPs, and keep them updated on hospital services and consultants.
Propose and carry out promotional activities to all customers and clients to generate revenue.
Perform cashiering role. Check, verify and reconcile the daily collections of cash, credit card and guarantee letters from patients.
Act on any complaints received in a timely manner. If unsure or in doubt contact the Senior Manager, Operations.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
Diploma / Degree in relevant field.
At least 2 years of experiences in serving customers face-to-face, preferably from healthcare/clinical setting.
This position will be based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
Customer oriented and able to work independently.
Excellent team management skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Must be customer-service orientated and have excellent hospitality skills.
