Job summary

Cutting Edge Recruitment is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the hotel’s culinary operations in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive day-to-day kitchen excellence, mentor chefs, and ensure all outlets deliver world-class food and service while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

You will oversee strategic planning, menu direction, and cost control, coordinating with front-of-house and other departments to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all kitchens and ensure SOPs are followed
• Direct culinary teams to maintain high-standard food quality
• Mentor and train chefs at all levels
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all outlets
• Manage food cost and profitability across outlets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and brand consistency
