Job summary

AMK Technology in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, seeks an Executive/Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen operation. The role requires strong leadership to manage large teams, optimize food cost, and develop market-driven menus for diverse cuisines.

Responsibilities include menu planning, budgeting, ensuring food quality, and delivering orders on time in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has extensive culinary leadership experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of culinary experience, including 3–5 years in Executive/Head Chef role.
• Experience managing high-volume kitchens, cloud/central kitchens, restaurants or hospitality operations.
• Strong expertise in international and local cuisines with ability to create market-driven menus.
• Experience with menu planning, food costing, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience handling high daily order volumes while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership to manage, train, schedule, and motivate large kitchen teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
