Job Description

OVERVIEW

• Responsible for developing and deploying Business Intelligence (BI) applications.
• Combine advanced SQL report writing with expert analytics to support business reporting needs.
• Manage and fulfill management's expectations and requirements to support business growth.
• Collaborate effectively with internal IT teams and external vendors or consultants to ensure seamless support for software and hardware needs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily operations by applying operational procedures, standards, and your content knowledge to meet business, customer, and technical requirements.
• Understand business needs and translate them into BI solutions.
• Coordinate activities for small changes and enhancements.
• Conduct data modelling and development using global standard BI tools.
• Support the full lifecycle of solutions, from development and testing to daily operations and retirement.
• Assist in test design, functional testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate patching and upgrades with the IT team and business units.
• Implement and monitor daily data loads, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation of tasks, incidents, and activities, and analyze data to support activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT fields.

Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Technical and Professional Skills:

• Experience designing and creating reports/dashboards using Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI) or similar tools.
• Proficient in Excel, SSAS, or other analytics tools.
• Experience with data analytics and BI concepts.
• Experience with Power BI Desktop.
• Proficient in T-SQL/SQL.
• Data profiling and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with SDLC, Scrum, Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical ideas clearly.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
