About You
Carsome is looking for a talented and experienced Manager, Sales (NCD) to lead our sales team. We seek a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding sales track record. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets for New Car Dealer (NCD), motivating the sales team, and designing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Your Day-To-Day

  • Lead team members to achieve high sales results for your branch.
  • Recognize the skills and goals of each team member and develop personalized development plans.
  • Analyze and track sales performance to meet targets.
  • Manage and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and coach the sales team.
  • Ensure NCD meet KPIs and maintain productivity.
  • Drive growth and meet sales targets through effective team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and revenue.
  • Set sales objectives and action plans to achieve them.

Your Know-How

  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales plans.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate the team.
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities and communicate effectively.
  • At least five (5) years of management experience in a sales environment, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in establishing action plans and leading teams to execute them.
