Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Selangor is seeking a business development specialist to manage key customer accounts and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development within the lubricants or automotive industry, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include developing new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and negotiating business terms. This position may require working extended hours.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of sales/business development experience in lubricants, automotive, chemical or similar industry.
  • Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key customer accounts to achieve sales targets and collection.
  • Develop new customers and sales channels for continuous growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up after sales service.
  • Provide quality service and seek customer feedback regularly.
  • Responsible for business and price negotiation with approval from the Business Development Manager.
