A leading company is seeking two full-time sales representatives in Kuala Lumpur to enhance client relationships and drive sales in property projects. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and experience, complemented by strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage, aimed at cultivating superior customer service.
To achieve and maximize sales for the company’s projects.
Attend to customer inquiries, provide project briefings, conduct on-site sales, welcome and serve walk-in clients professionally, and deliver after-sales service.
Follow up and provide value-added services to new and existing customers.
Support the sales team and assist agents during their sales process when necessary.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Establish and nurture strong, trustful relationships with clients to surpass their expectations.
Perform with energy, persevere, and actively seek ways to improve results and solve problems.
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established guidelines.
Manage sales postings on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Contribute to the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities and campaigns.
Carry out administrative tasks related to sales.
Conduct market research to support sales strategy and planning.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in property, housing, banking, or related sectors.
Exceptional communication skills and a professional attitude, with the ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Approachable, accessible, and gracious in all business interactions.
Passionate and capable of delivering high-standard customer service.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with strong communication skills in a multilingual environment, is an advantage.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
Two (2) full-time positions available.
