Job Responsibilities:

  1. Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, and other sales activities to achieve sales targets.
  2. Actively cross-sell Banking/Financial products.
  3. Assess, evaluate, and diligently propose credit applications.
  4. Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers to establish loyalty, encourage repeated sales, and increase product holdings.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and uphold professionalism to reflect the Bank's image.
  6. Seek continuous improvement in product knowledge, selling skills, market intelligence, and competitor checks.
  7. Comply with statutory requirements and sales regulations related to FSA, KYC, AMLA, and internal policies & procedures.
  8. Participate in teamwork and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Malaysian Citizen.
  2. Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  3. Preferred skills: PCE (General), PCE (Life), PCE (Unit Linked), CEILLI.
  4. Experience in Banking, Insurance, or Sales-related fields is preferred.
  5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  6. Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Studies, or related fields is preferred.
