Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary

Responsible for planning and implementing operational projects, programs, and improvement plans assigned by the Head of Business Analyst.

Provide consultation, recommendations, and implementation on IT/Ops related matters. Support the COO in operational functions and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct business scoping with business users and develop User Requirements for approval.
  2. Review documented User Requirements with Business Users and obtain proper sign-off.
  3. Participate in projects following project management principles as a Business Analyst.
  4. Develop, maintain, and upgrade Business Analyst documentation.
  5. Ensure personal development and build positive working relationships within the team.
Key Requirements
  1. Business Analyst skills such as documenting and analyzing business requirements (minimum 2 years).
  2. Knowledge of GI domain (product development, underwriting, RI, Claims, Finance, regulatory) is an advantage.
  3. Experience working with IT technical staff (including vendors) and Business stakeholders.
  4. Able to propose solutions or workarounds.
  5. IT technical experience is a plus.
  6. Preferably experience in Digital/Data Analysis projects.
