Job description

Responsibilities of the Role:

The billing executive should have a keen eye for detail and be comfortable working independently to meet tight deadlines. The main goal is to monitor accounts receivable and ensure accurate billing of customers, among other duties.

  1. Issue and distribute invoices.
  2. Build and process quotations.
  3. Process new contracts and sales.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
  5. Address customer complaints and questions.
  6. Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions.
  7. Assist with customer account reconciliations.
  8. Prepare and present analytical reports.
  9. Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean-ups.
  10. Resolve issues or mistakes promptly.
  11. Identify potential sales opportunities and upsell to customers.
  12. Procurement of spare parts and logistics management.
  13. Communicate clearly with customers regarding their services.
  14. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements for the Role:
  • Proven experience as a billing executive or in a similar accounting role.
  • Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • IT knowledge (hardware/software) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Highly motivated, customer-centric, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • BSc/BA in accounting or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.
