Executive Assistant to MD – Sales Management
An Executive Assistant is a professional who provides high-level sales management support to MD & senior management within the Group. This role ensures the smooth coordination of business development activities, effective communication between stakeholders, and efficient execution of business development operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information while supporting both strategic and day-to-day sales management functions. They are expected to be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Discretion, professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information are key aspects of the role.

Job Responsibilities
- Administrative & Business Development Support: Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements; prepare correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations; coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Business Development Operations Coordination: Assist in preparing and consolidating sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance tracking; support the preparation of business development dashboards and monthly/quarterly business reviews; maintain accurate documentation of sales contracts, agreements, and customer records; act as a key point of contact between the Managing Director, internal and external stakeholders; ensure timely dissemination of information and follow‑ups; draft and review communications, announcements, and memos related to sales operations.
- Project & Process Support: Support strategic business development initiatives, including market research and competitor analysis; assist in streamlining sales processes and maintaining CRM systems; track project milestones and provide updates to management.
- Confidential & Strategic Support: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion; provide analytical support for decision‑making (sales performance analysis, incentive calculations); contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and reporting efficiency.
- Other Assignments: Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
Job Requirements
- Professional certificate/diploma & above in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
- Preferable with 5‑8 years of similar working experience, with at least 2 years supporting sales management or business operations.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong initiative and coordination skills.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality in performing duties, honest and trustworthy.
- Able to multitask, work under minimum supervision and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
- Matured, self‑motivated and possess a pleasant personality.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel around Klang Valley.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is an added advantage.
