We’re on the lookout for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the dynamic General Manager of our Luxe division, the premium arm of GSC that redefines entertainment and lifestyle with:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide full-spectrum administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager
  • Preparing meetings, slides, meeting notes and documents
  • Calendar management and internal coordination for the GM
  • Handle confidential communication and correspondence (internal and external) on behalf of the GM
  • Support GM in maintaining process flows, documentation, reports and SOPs across all Luxe entities
  • Serve as the liaison between the GM and various teams to ensure smooth operations and follow-through.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary or similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Skillful in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and has high ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, Teams)
  • Familiarity with hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industries is a plus
