Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Position Overview
Treasure Global Inc. (Nasdaq: TGL) is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer. This position requires exceptional organisational skills, professional judgment, and the ability to coordinate across functions and time-sensitive matters with discretion.
As the EA, you will be responsible for ensuring the CEO’s schedule, communications, and priorities are managed with precision, and that internal initiatives are tracked to completion. You will liaise with internal departments (including business unit leads, finance, legal, and operations), external partners, and the Board office where needed. This is a critical role requiring maturity, integrity, and strong execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
• Prepare meeting briefs, decks, talking points, and follow-up documents for internal and external engagements
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to track and support progress on key CEO-led initiatives
• Attend selected meetings with the CEO to record action points, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through
• Maintain organised records and documentation across internal systems, drive compliance with timelines and deliverables
• Assist in the preparation of reports, investor materials, and confidential documents as required
• Liaise with Board administrators, external partners, and other senior-level stakeholders in a professional manner
• Monitor internal communications (email, messaging channels) and filter key matters to the CEO as appropriate
• Maintain the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability at all times
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognised university (Second Upper Honours or above preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in executive support, business operations, coordination, or professional services (fresh graduates with excellent academic performance may be considered)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to exercise sound judgment under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
• This is an on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur.
• The position may require occasional extended hours based on operational needs.
