Job description

To be the CEO’s right hand — supporting daily operations, brand execution, customer service channels, and TikTok strategy — so the founder can focus on scaling Miqo’s to the next level. You will act as both a strategic assistant and frontline operator, ensuring Miqo’s runs smoothly across digital and physical channels.

Role Purpose:

To be the CEO’s right hand — supporting daily operations, brand execution, customer service channels, and TikTok strategy — so the founder can focus on scaling Miqo’s to the next level. You will act as both a strategic assistant and frontline operator, ensuring Miqo’s runs smoothly across digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. CEO Support & Strategic Admin
  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups.

  • Track team KPIs, deadlines, and deliverables across departments.

  • Prepare decks, notes, and documents for internal and external use.

  • Handle CEO’s WhatsApp, email, and comms with partners, clients, and influencers.

  • Join meetings and ensure action plans are followed through.

2. Customer Experience & Sales Channel Oversight
  • Supervise customer service touchpoints: WhatsApp, walk-in outlets, and TikTok Shop.

  • Ensure high standards of response time, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the production, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Handle escalated customer issues, refund cases, and delivery problems.

  • Monitor store ratings, customer feedback, and implement service improvements.

3. TikTok & Content Support
  • Research TikTok trends and brainstorm viral video ideas.

  • Assist with content planning, filming, and posting.

  • Occasionally appear on-camera for casual, fun, or POV content (no pro editing required).

  • Support live host scheduling and oversee daily TikTok Live sessions.

  • Liaise with influencers, KOLs, and partners for collaboration and campaigns.

4. Agent, Outlet & B2B Coordination
  • Manage relationships with sales agents and outlets.

  • Monitor sales performance, coordinate restocking, and support promotions.

  • Handle corporate orders, catering inquiries, and partnership opportunities.

  • Coordinate sampling, quotations, and product proposals with internal teams.

5. Operational & Event Execution
  • Coordinate team rosters, leave tracking, and fulfillment schedules.

  • Help plan and manage events, booths, food festivals, and pop-ups.

  • Ensure logistics (e.g. Lalamove, courier, bus delivery) are timely and efficient.

  • Print airway bills and track shipping to prevent rating issues.

  • Prepare reports on weekly sales, order status, and delivery performance.

6. Reporting & Analysis
  • Compile reports for all sales channels: B2C, agents, outlets, and B2B.

  • Analyze store performance, customer behavior, and marketing campaign results.

  • Recommend improvements in content, service, and operations based on insights.

7. Ad-Hoc Duties
  • Support CEO or management on urgent or special tasks.

  • Be willing to work flexible hours and at different locations when needed.

  • Adapt quickly to the fast-paced and evolving needs of a growing F&B brand.

  • Fast learner with confidence to work directly with the CEO.

  • Comfortable with content creation, basic TikTok knowledge, and being on camera.

  • Background in customer service, operations, or e-commerce is a bonus.

  • Able to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities at once.
