Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise the team to ensure accurate and timely document processing. Assist Team Lead in administering the finance processes, reconciliation of accounts and other reporting requirements. Support process improvement initiatives to further streamline the management of accounting transactions. Identify best practices that lead in productivity and process standardization of the finance functions.
  • Assist Team Lead to perform end-to-end accounting functions. Supervise the accuracy, completeness and timely document processing as well as compliance with the related Group Policies and Procedures
  • To supervise Accounts Payable activities including document processing performed by Analysts
  • Prepare routine reports and other documents as requested
  • Generate reports and analysis for management reporting, audit and forecasting purposes

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate is preferable
  • Relevant working experience in Finance function, experience in a supervisory position
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Strong customer relationship skills, excellent communication both in writing and verbally
  • Strong leadership quality and experience in managing a team would be an advantage
