Job Responsibility
- Executive Support: Assist in rolling out and following up on CEO office initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive decision-making. Manage confidential information with discretion.
- Group Communication Management: Develop and execute internal communication strategies. Manage platforms such as Weekdone, town halls, newsletters, and Viva Engage to ensure effective communication.
- Talent Management & External Branding: Develop talent attraction, development, and retention strategies. Oversee employer branding initiatives and leverage social media, industry events, and partnerships to enhance external reputation.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy: Assess organizational talent placement, develop internal growth or recruitment plans, and collaborate with HR on structured sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Performance Improvement: Partner with LDC to implement performance programs, feedback sessions, and motivation strategies.
- Skill Enhancement & Career Development: Support career pathing, training coordination, and manage executive and talent development projects ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, corporate events, and branding initiatives, managing logistics for smooth execution.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Minimum Degree qualification.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster a positive culture.
- Analytical skills to interpret feedback, trends, and performance data.
- Creative problem-solving abilities for talent and branding challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
- Experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or HR marketing is advantageous.
- High confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in HR/talent management roles preferred.
