Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to CEO

About the Role: Are you a highly independent, confident professional ready to make an impact? Join us as the Executive/Personal Assistant to our CEO and play a pivotal role beyond traditional EA duties. You’ll support the CEO, engage with stakeholders, assist in business development, and contribute to marketing and deal evaluation – all while gaining firsthand exposure to strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do
  • Represent the CEO in meetings, correspondence, and preliminary deal discussions.
  • Manage calendar, appointments, travel, and meeting preparation.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, corporate branding, and investor relations.
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and support pitching activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and support operational tasks across projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years’ experience as EA/PA, business development support, or client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
