Job Description
- Coordinate calendars and meeting logistics for multiple senior management stakeholders
- Serve as the point of contact for scheduling, availability, and any conflict resolution
- Manage high volumes of meeting requests and coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Prepare relevant materials ahead of meetings
- Support travel planning, logistics, and expense submissions
- Assist during leadership visits, off-site planning, and business engagements
- Provide administrative and ad-hoc support as required
- Coordinate/conduct internal communication sessions (onboarding/engagement)
Requirements
