Job summary

A leading company in building materials seeks a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive efforts in Southern West Malaysia. The role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and sales skills, ideally with a background in Business Studies/Administration or Marketing. Candidates with experience in sales are preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Sales & Marketing activities for Building Materials in Southern West Malaysia.
• Achieve sales targets by following up on customer requirements and order progress.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Compile reports on products, market, and competitors analysis.
• Expand customer base by generating new key accounts.
• Increase market share by providing suitable solutions to customers.
• Ensure timely collection of payments.
• Coordinate the supply chain for timely delivery to meet customer expectations.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, customer service skills; self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
