A leading spa group in Malaysia seeks a Human Resources Executive to handle employee administration, manage attendance, and support payroll functions. The ideal candidate has a degree in HR, relevant experience, and strong multitasking abilities. Leave administration of annual, medical, unpaid leave and replacement leave.
Manage attendance records for HQ staff.
Support employee welfare initiatives such as condolence fund, fruit basket, and other compensation and benefits programs.
Handle medical claims received from outlets and HQ staff.
Manage all Medical Certificates (MC) submitted by HQ and outlets.
2) Issuances of Letters
Ensure standardization of format for all letters.
Review and ensure accuracy of terms and conditions applied to each letter.
Able to review and draft letters as and when required.
Prepare employment letters.
3) Payroll Support
Monitor outpatient medical and dental claims for resigned staff.
Provide details of resigned staff for payroll processing if claims exceed entitlements.
Calculate and prepare quarterly performance scorecards report.
4) Other HR tasks
Maintain employee personal files as per HR policies.
Organize filing of staff records.
Print ID cards for new hires and replacements of old cards.
Replenish office stationery quarterly.
Manage office first aid kit, check medication expiry date.
Prepare quarterly leave reports (MC and UPL) for outlet staff.
Prepare monthly attendance for HQ staff.
Submit approved petty cash claims to Finance Dept.
Assist in any other tasks as and when assigned.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 year working experience in relevant field is an advantage.
Multi-tasking, attention to details, sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
Good analytical skill and computer literate especially in MS office.
Candidate must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
