Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in admin or as an executive assistant is an advantage.
- Good command of both English and Mandarin in spoken and written form.
- Willing to travel and work outstation when required.
- Strong administrative support skills with effective communication abilities.
- Creative thinking with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist C-level executives in daily operations.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating itineraries.
- Coordinate, schedule, and take minutes of meetings.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Liaise with department heads, manage cross-departmental communication, address issues, propose and implement solutions, and follow up.
- Handle urgent issues as they arise.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Administrative Tasks:
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- Facilitate onboarding and off-boarding processes.
- Organize company events, conferences, and special occasions.
- Manage other administrative tasks.
- Handle EPF/SOSCO/EIS/PCB, Medical Leave documentation.
