What You’ll Do

Make sure the CIO’s day runs smoothly by juggling schedules, meetings, emails, and files with finesse, keeping everything on point.

Guide innovation projects by keeping timelines tight, tasks assigned, and goals in sight, ensuring our ideas come to life on schedule.

Act as the warm, professional go-between for the CIO, connecting with teammates, clients, and partners to keep relationships strong.

Jot down meeting notes, pull together team ideas, and lend a hand with the CIO’s big-picture planning to shape our next steps.

Watch over the CIO’s budget, tracking expenses and handling invoices with a keen eye for detail.

Feed your curiosity by researching tech trends and industry insights to give the CIO the edge in decision-making.

Step up to support the Managing Director or Executive Director when they need you, tackling extra tasks with enthusiasm.

Stay true to our standards, following company policies and ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 guidelines with care.

Who We Want

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to dive in and make a difference with us. Here’s what we’d love to see in you:

You have a Diploma or Degree in fields such as Business Administration, Mass Communications, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Corporate Communication or similar.

You bring 2–3 years of experience from a fast-paced setting, like admin, HR, project coordination, or industries such as fire safety, tech, or operations. We’re open to diverse backgrounds—bring your unique spark to our CIO!

You’re a multitasking whiz who stays organized and cool under pressure.

You’re a clear communicator, both in writing and speaking, connecting easily with others and bringing a mature vibe.

You’re a sharp problem-solver who spots what needs to be done.

You’re tech future-ready, comfortable with Microsoft Office and excited to use AI tools like ChatGPT or similar tech to streamline work and boost efficiency.

You handle sensitive information with care and always act with professionalism.
