Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights, managing schedules, and preparing reports to enhance the executive's effectiveness.
- Communication: Serve as a vital link between leadership and other departments, facilitating information flow, and ensuring clear communication of strategies.
- Communication Management: Screen and route phone calls, manage emails, draft and edit correspondence, and act as a primary point of contact for the executive.
- Administrative Support: File and retrieve documents, manage databases, handle basic bookkeeping, and process expense reports.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange meeting rooms, prepare agendas, take minutes, and organize events, both large and small.
- Travel Coordination: Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation for business travel and create detailed itineraries.
- Document and Report Preparation: Conduct research, assemble data, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executives.
