Job description

Job Title:

Executive Assistant

Overview:

This position is responsible for:

  1. Weekly and Monthly Reports
  2. Extract data from MyMPA to draft and include details in customised reports as required by Market Dev and Accounts team regularly
  3. Regular use of Analytic Portal (ER) to compile reports based on specific requirements and required formats
  4. Prepare the monthly Contactless report from Analytic Portal with segmentation by merchant categories, merchants, etc.
  5. Convert the ER reports to Excel and run statistical reports on debit & credit and share the same with the team
  6. Develop and prepare the MDES transactions data for the country Market Development tracking
  7. Regular CUBE reports for the team to track declines and approvals

Oracle Finance (Claims)/ViVo/Ariba:

  1. Claim Oracle submissions for half the team
  2. Cross-check claims submitted for the rest of the team prepared by other team members
  3. File and document all hard copies for audit purposes
  4. Control of the Meal Logs for half the entire team
  5. Maintain a separate expense log for each team member
  6. Handle all Vivo requests and follow-ups after gathering details
  7. Register new vendors and suppliers for procurement

Merchant Agreements/NDA/License Agreements:

  1. Coordinate agreement signing at the client’s office and manage internal approvals and follow-ups
  2. Process related payments for internal approvals

Hospitality Log:

  1. Maintain a comprehensive hospitality log for the Malaysia Office
