Job description
Responsibilities
  • To manage scheduling all executive(s) and confidential matters of the Company.
  • To provide and maintain a full spectrum of secretarial and executive administration duties such as arranging meeting schedules, maintaining a proper filing system of documents, etc.
  • To liaise professionally and strictly confidentially with all levels of management, department, and business associates to avoid miss-communication.
  • Preparing presentation slides and effectively managing all written communication.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality on all given tasks.
  • Arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Proactive support and knowing all the events going on inside the company and action taking may be needed in certain situations.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned.
