Pac Lease Berhad is seeking a dynamic and highly professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Deputy Chief Executive Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring the Deputy CEO's office runs efficiently and professionally. You will act as a strategic partner, managing schedules, communication, and operational tasks while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Deputy CEO.
  • Manage the Deputy CEO’s calendar, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Deputy CEO’s office and internal departments, clients, regulators, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level correspondences, presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership meetings and directors’ reviews, where necessary.
  • Monitor and track assigned projects, action items, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
  • Draft meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on decisions and deliverables.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding, where appropriate.
  • Organize and maintain efficient filing systems for confidential documents and reports.
  • Handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, IT, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior-level executives, preferably within the financial services or leasing industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
  • High level of organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders and board-level personnel.
  • Preferably with understanding of the leasing, credit, and financial documentation.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside normal office hours or outstation travelling based on business needs.
