In this position you will…
Provide first-class secretarial support to 1 member of the Executive Committee (ExCo). You will have the opportunity to execute best practice and work closely with senior leaders and build a rewarding career. You will be responsible for…
- Providing full range of secretarial support such as assisting in coordination on travel arrangements, organizing meeting schedule, preparing internal & external documents, reports, or presentations
- Full diary and calendar management for 1 ExCo Member
- Scheduling and coordination of invites / rooms / virtual meetings as necessary
- Travel arrangements such as flights and visa applications as necessary
- Assist and support projects as necessary i.e. working with social committee to plan events / welfare and champion culture within the office as necessary
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including HR and IT as necessary
- Liaising with vendors, not limited to UOB Travel, hotels, telecommunication providers, courier companies

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as an Office Assistant/ Executive Assistant
- Good time-management skills and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting
- Meticulous and high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure
- Ability to communicate and interact with both internal and external stakeholders
- Conversant in Microsoft office applications (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project
