About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Company as an Executive Assistant. In this full-time role, based in Kota Kinabalu, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the leadership team. Your role will be integral in ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the strategic objectives of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Manage the daily calendar and schedule appointments and meetings for the leadership team

Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items

Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as travel booking, expense reporting and file management

Act as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, correspondence and visitor coordination

Support special projects and events as required

Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination

Prioritising tasks and managing workflows to ensure deadlines are met

Offering creative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
