A leading company in Johor Bahru is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role involves managing schedules, documenting meetings, and handling administrative tasks, requiring a degree in Business Management and at least 2 years of experience. Candidates must exhibit strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a commitment to extended work hours.
Assist in managing the CEO’s calendar, email correspondence and travel arrangements
Attend meetings and accurately document meeting minutes
Host and manage meeting, including preparing materials and ensuring smooth logistics
Process CEO’s claims and maintain an organized record of claim submissions
Support in approving purchase orders (POs)
Follow up with managers on tasks assigned by the CEO
Handle general administrative duties for the VMM office, including stationery orders and office supply coordination
Perform other ad-hoc and miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support daily operations
Provide coverage for the Management Associate during leave periods, ensuring continuity of communication and workflow
Requirements:
Degree in Business Management / Administration with good communication skills in written and spoken language skills of Mandarin, English Language, Bahasa Malaysia due to work associates
Possess at least 2 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to Senior Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom savvy
Due to the job position, candidate should be committed to work related matters even after normal working hours
Well-groomed with good people skills
