The incumbent is responsible to closely assist the region Agency Force to achieve the overall productivity, profitability and quality targeted by the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and tracking - Monthly KPI / weekly targets and submission forecast, progress monitoring by branch, race, agency and by respective work groups, on a weekly basis.
  • Work closely with and support Agency Growth team in identifying root causes/trends of customer service issues.
  • Ensure training rooms, training centers and other training facilities & equipment are well maintained.
  • Assist and support all launches and events organized by AG.
  • Organize and implement formal platform for interaction of agency members and building teamwork through group meetings and gatherings.
  • Assist and support data management and reporting.

Job Specifications:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Distribution Management or Business Development roles.
  • Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.
  • Strong drive and influencing skills.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
